WGGB’s Get Golf Ready Clinic & Networking

Women Golfers Give Back and GAP Invite You to Get Golf Ready

Few activities can match the power of golf to provide professional women with opportunities to expand their personal network and enhance their business relationships.

Please join us for a “Get Golf Ready” clinic and networking event to gain the skills and confidence you need to connect with clients, colleagues and senior management over golf and leverage the benefits that a round of golf can provide.

WGGB is proud to partner with The Golf Association of Philadelphia to host this unique opportunity for women. Since its inception more than a century ago, GAP has promoted the game of golf to provide more opportunities for more people across the region to enjoy the game of golf as we collectively write the game’s next chapter. Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to know how to play golf?  No, this event is meant for women who haven’t had much or any experience playing golf.

What should I wear?  Wear golf attire: collared shirt, skort/shorts, golf shoes if you have them, but sneakers are fine as well.

What should I do when I get there?  Pull into the main driveway and park in the lot. At Gulph Mills, there is a pretty obvious entry point near the proshop, and there will be plenty of volunteers there to greet you.  Bring your sand wedge, pitching wedge and putter (no need to bring the full bag).

What if I don’t have golf clubs?  No worries, we will have some spare clubs there for anyone who doesn’t have any.

Do I need to tip anyone?  No, tipping is not permitted.
